Who qualifies as media?
Media is defined as individuals employed by or contracted with a recognized and reputable media organization such as newspapers, magazines, television networks, or digital platforms for the purpose of event coverage. Freelance photographers or videographers are not considered media unless they have formal agreements with an established media company for event coverage.
Are freelance photographers allowed at the event?
Freelance photographers are not classified as media and are not eligible for media credentials. However, freelance photographers may take photos for personal purposes if they obtain a pass through a participating team. Teams may allocate one of their personnel passes to a photographer at their discretion.
Can I take photographs at the event?
Yes, personal photography is allowed. All photographers, whether team-affiliated or independent, must obtain authorization by securing a personnel pass through a participating team.

How can I obtain a media pass?
Media credentials are reserved for individuals representing recognized media outlets. Applications for media passes must include verification of employment or a contract with a qualifying organization. Yes, photos from the event will be posted on the Bi-State Classic Wrestling Facebook page, with the link easily accessible under the Photos tab at the top of our website. The photos will be loaded into different albums to make it easier for you to sort through the many pictures that are taken.
Each team is provided with an allotment of free passes to distribute as they see fit. These passes can be used for additional coaches, managers, bus drivers, or other team personnel.
Please check with your coach to confirm if a pass has been designated for the bus driver.
To help spectators keep track of the matches for each session, a colored bracket map is provided and can be found:

Purses and bags, including backpacks, are allowed for spectators but are subject to search upon entry.
No, the La Crosse Center is cleared between all sessions. When you leave, please ensure that you take all belongings with you.
