Downtown La Crosse

New as of April 1, 2025: All downtown parking ramps in La Crosse are pay-to-park facilities. Multiple ramps are within walking distance of the La Crosse Center, including the La Crosse Center Ramp and Riverside Ramp. Please pay attention to ramp signage and register your vehicle license plate at a paystation kiosk or in the ParkMobile app to avoid tickets.

Paid Parking Window:
6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday

Rates:
$1 per hour or $10 per day

Reminder: You must register your license plate at a paystation kiosk or via the ParkMobile app when you park.

Options: Pay at any paystation kiosk or use the free ParkMobile app to register your license plate and pay for your session.

How ParkMobile Works:

  2. Sign up with your email, license plate, and preferred payment method.
  3. Find and pay for parking; extend time in-app when allowed.

Important: Ensure the correct license plate and zone are selected before starting your session. Keep notifications enabled if you plan to extend your time.

Locations: Accessible parking is available on each level of the Second Street and Jay Street parking ramps, with skywalk access on the third level.

If using the skywalk: You will need to exit the skywalk building and re‑enter the La Crosse Center via the main lobby to have your tickets scanned.

The City of La Crosse is providing free parking for school buses at the Oktoberfest North parking lot on December 29–30, 2025.
