NFHS weight classes will be used for both boys and girls tournaments.
For Day 1 (Monday, December 29), there will be a two-pound weight allowance.
Boys Example: Wrestlers in the 106 lb. weight class can weigh 108 lbs. or less.
Girls Example: Wrestlers in the 100 lb. weight class can weigh 102 lbs. or less.
For Day 2 (Tuesday, December 30), there will be an additional one-pound weight allowance.
Boys Example: Wrestlers in the 106 lb. weight class can weigh 109 lbs. or less.
Girls Example: Wrestlers in the 100 lb. weight class can weigh 103 lbs. or less.
