Up to 12 wrestlers per team will be allowed in for weigh-ins.

Only team personnel and school personnel will be allowed in the weigh-in areas.

Weigh-ins will be held as follows:
- ▸Monday, December 29: Girls will weigh in immediately following the boys, who begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Main Arena. Girls' weigh-ins will take place in South Hall.
- ▸Tuesday, December 30: All weigh-ins will be held in South Hall. Boys begin at 7:45 a.m., with girls weighing in immediately after.

Teams will weigh in by weight class, with wrestlers receiving their lanyard at the scale once they make weight.

We will use 12 scales for weigh-ins as follows:

For Day 1 (Monday, December 29), there will be a two-pound weight allowance.
Example: Wrestlers in the 100 lb. weight class can weigh 102 lbs. or less.

For Day 2 (Tuesday, December 30), there will be an additional one-pound weight allowance.
Example: Wrestlers in the 100 lb. weight class can weigh 103 lbs. or less.
